SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders have a processing time of up to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.

Before we can ship your purchase, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer or your shipping address. We will do our best to keep any delays to a minimum. 

After an order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please allow 12-24 hours for the carrier's system to update before tracking your delivery. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us at support@savageindustriesshop.com for assistance.

The shipping carrier assumes all responsibility for delivering your package to the address provided during check-out. Please ensure that the correct shipping information has been entered. We are not able to replace orders shipped to the wrong address. If an undeliverable package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, either a refund will be issued for the purchase price, excluding shipping charges, restocking fees and customs fee/duty/taxes charged by the government or we can reship your order after collecting additional shipping charges and customers fee/duty/taxes.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Short version: we’re not shipping internationally right now while we get our new fulfillment situation sorted. We’re working on it. Sign up for the newsletter and we’ll let you know when we’re back.

Long version for those who want the details:
We recently moved to a new fulfillment partner (exciting!) and international shipping is the last piece we’re putting back together (less exciting, we know). We expect to have international orders back up within the next few weeks, starting with Canada, Australia, and most of the rest of the world outside the EU.

EU customers — you’re a separate conversation. Between new packaging regulations, per-item handling fees, and country-specific compliance requirements, getting EU shipping right is taking us a little longer. We’re not ignoring you, we’re just doing the paperwork. Germany and the Netherlands are our first targets. We’ll update this page when we’re ready.

Can’t wait? Package forwarding services such as Stackry give you a US shipping address and forward your order internationally. We ship to their warehouse, they handle the rest. When international shipping is back, here’s how it works:

International orders ship via a combination of major carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx) and regional last-mile carriers depending on your location.

We offer two shipping options where available:

• DDU (Duties and Taxes Unpaid) — covers the cost of getting your package to your country. Any duties or taxes owed are collected by your local customs authority upon delivery.
• DDP (Duties and Taxes Paid) — we collect applicable duties and taxes at checkout so there are no surprises at delivery. Not available for all destinations or oversized items.

EU-specific fees (effective November 1, 2026): Shipping to EU countries comes with two separate government-imposed fees that stack on top of duties and VAT:

• €3 per HS code — introduced July 1, 2026, when the EU removed the duty-free exemption for packages under €150. This applies per unique product category (HS code), not per item or SKU. All four sticker packs in one order = €3, not €12.
• €2 per unique SKU — a new EU Union handling fee effective November 1, 2026. This one goes by SKU, not HS code. Four different sticker packs = €8 handling fee 

So that same order of four sticker packs: €3 + €8 = €11 in fees before duties and VAT on the actual goods. We know. We’re not thrilled about it either. We’ll collect both fees automatically at checkout when EU shipping is available, so there are no surprises at your door. 

Delivery estimates for international orders reflect when your package leaves US customs, not when it arrives at your door. Last-mile delivery times vary a lot by country and carrier

Shipping fees are non-refundable

Savage Industries reserves the right to decline any order. Each order will be reviewed before shipment and a cancellation may be made in specific cases of exceeding order limits, inconsistencies related to the provided billing and shipping address, or a requested shipping destination which we are not allowed to deliver to. If your order is declined, we will credit your account within 24-48 hours.

General Return Policy

We love our products and hope that you do too! Should you want to return your purchase, we accept returns within 45 days from the date of order. Printed plans and digital files are non-returnable/non-exchangeable. 

Limited Free Domestic Return Shipping 

Free return shipping within the US is available for our EDC line of bags (EDC ONE, EDC TWO, EDC THREE and EDC FOUR) and aprons only.

Exceptions to Free Domestic Shipping

Free return shipping is not offered for any other products. Free return shipping is not offered outside of the US. For other items, you can choose to purchase your own shipping label or we can provide one. If we purchase the label for you ,the cost of the shipping label will be deducted from your refund.

We understand that deciding what apron size will fit best based on our size charts. If you are not sure what size please email us at support@savageindustriesshop.com. We are not able to provide free shipping if you have ordered two or more aprons of different sizes in order to try them on and then return one. If this is the case, you will either need to purchase a shipping label or we can provide one. If we provide the shipping label, the cost will be deducted from your refund. There will also be a restocking fee of up to $20. The restocking fee helps to cover the fulfillment and return fees charged to us by the fulfillment center.

Return Process

Send us a message at support@savageindustriesshop.com to initiate a return and request a RMA and a shipping label as applicable.

International returns must include Harmonized Tariff Code 9801.00.10. Any duty charges collected for an international return that did not include the proper documentation will be deducted from the purchase total.

Refunds (if applicable)

To qualify for a refund, the item must be in its original condition. Products that have been used, damaged or altered will not be eligible for a refund. Shipping costs and credit card fees are non-refundable.

Please note that during peak periods, it can take 2-3 weeks for your return to be processed by our warehouse returns team. You will be notified when the return has been completed and If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be issued to the original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If your refund does not successfully post to your account, please send an email to support@savageindustriesshop.com to confirm that it was processed.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are refundable. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
Generally, we do not offer exchanges although we do assess exchanges on a case by case basis. Exchanges may be subject to a restocking fee and shipping charges. See below for more information on exchanging print-on-demand items.

Print-on-demand items such as t-shirts, hoodies, puzzles, mugs and posters may not be exchanged. We will exchange defective or damaged items including misprints on print-on-demand items. Send us an email at support@savageindustriesshop.com if your item has been misprinted or if you would like to exchange for a different size (see below for more information on size exchanges)

Print-on-demand apparel may be exchanged for a different size under the following conditions:

1. The item is the same design, color and material. 
2. You agree to pay for return shipping to our Tested office.

If you are shipping via your own carrier, we advise that you insure the package for the value of your returned items and use a trackable service. 

Gift Cards
We do not offer gift cards at this time. All returned items are refunded to the original form of purchase.

ITEMS IN PRODUCTION

Pre-order shipping estimates are subject to change.

We cannot split orders that include pre-order and in-stock items. All items will ship together once pre-order items are in stock.
