Shipping policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders have a processing time up of up to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are shipped via using ShipMonk's Virtual Carrier Network, Monday through Friday.

Before we can ship your purchase, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep any delays to a minimum. 

After an order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for their system to update before tracking your delivery. If your package does not arrive, please contact us at support@savageindustriesshop.com for assistance.

The shipping carrier assumes all responsibility for delivering your package to the address provided during check-out. Please ensure that the correct shipping information has been entered. We are not able to replace orders shipped to the wrong address. If an undeliverable package is returned to us, a refund will be issued for the purchase price, excluding shipping charges and restocking fees.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders are shipped via various carriers including local 'last mile' carriers. Our international shipping partner, Passport, allows us to offer both DDP and DDU shipping options. When you choose Passport DDP as your shipping method you pay the estimated duties, taxes and other fees as part of the purchase transaction. There are a few countries where this is not possible and in these cases we ship Passport DDU. Whether you choose to ship DDU or it is the only option, you are responsible upon delivery, for all duties, taxes or other fees that are due.

Delivery estimates for international shipping reflect when your package departs US customs, not final delivery in the destination country. During peak times, such as the holidays, allow extra time for your order to arrive. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable 
Savage Industries reserves the right to decline any order. Each order will be reviewed before shipment and a cancellation may be made in specific cases of exceeding order limits, inconsistencies related to the provided billing and shipping address, or a requested shipping destination which we are not allowed to deliver to. If your order is declined, we will credit your account within 24-48 hours.

PRINT ON DEMAND ITEMS
International print-on-demand orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country, and at this time, we are unable to calculate them in advance for print-on-demand products. Some of our print-on-demand items are printed within Canada, the UK and the EU which will reduce many of the duties and taxes. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If such a fee indeed gets imposed on your package, you are responsible for its payment.
