Shipping: Status of Canadian Orders (Dec 2024)

Updated 12/29/24: We have been informed by our shipping partners that the United States Postal Service (USPS) is continually monitoring Canada Post's progress as they process the volumes of parcels that were staged during the strike. We know of at least 102 trailers of USPS mail on hand that has not moved yet. USPS had been sending parcels to International Service Centers during the initial days of the strike. At some point they stopped sending parcels and have been holding them until the backlog clears. This type of hold has been implemented by many carriers beginning early in the strike. USPS specifically has said it may be up to another 2 weeks before they restore service to Canada.

We are truly sorry if you have not received your packages. We are working closely with our shipping partners to ensure that all of the orders placed with us are accounted for during this period. We recognize that it is alarming and disheartening to look at the tracking of your order and see that is has not moved for days or weeks. We appreciate your patience and promise to resolve any issues once the system stabilizes to the point that packages are being moved and delivered.
